Our goal is to help the athlete and their family prepare for the often challenging and confusing world of elite hockey by providing resources for development, questions, and/or concerns.

​SCOUTING AND MENTORING

ESG offers one of the most comprehensive and unique programs in their "Mentoring & Advising" service for players/families in need of information, direction, and feedback consisting of personalized, honest input to both player development and placement. ESG also compiles an in-depth scouting list of players from across North America.

CAMPS AND CLINICS

ESG offers select camps and clinics throughout the season. These can include position-specific, tactic, and/or skill-based sessions. ESG also travels to perform camps in conjunction with numerous international youth organizations.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

ESG offers private sessions for both individual or small group formats. These can also be sub-divided into semi-private sessions where shared ice helps reduce costs for the client. These sessions allow for specific player skill development.
